About

10+ years building and scaling distributed design teams across cloud, data, and enterprise platforms.

I've led design at Oracle, Dow Jones, and eBay across complex B2B products where the challenge is rarely the design itself. It's aligning research, engineering, and product around the right problems and shipping work that actually holds up.

I care about building teams where designers grow, feel safe to do their best work, and have real influence on the product. That means getting close to the work, not managing from a distance.

I'm also interested in how AI tooling is changing the way design teams operate, from prototyping closer to production to enabling designers to contribute directly to code.
